Visitor Badges & Lanyards (INr 2,00,000 / US $ 6,000)

The Sponsor company's name & logo will be printed on the badges and are constantly worn by every delegate & visitor to the exhibition on all days. This will ensure continuous visibility for your company during the exhibition.

A novel and colourful medium to display your company logo and name. The lanyards will be distributed to all the visitors and used for wearing the visitor and delegate badges throughout the event.

Industry Reception (INR 2,00,000 / US$ 6,000)

The Industry Reception facilitates interaction amongst the government officials, industry, trade and the press, ensuring premium visibility, will be held on 10th September 2008 evening. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the invitations. The Sponsor's name will be displayed on a panel at the venue. The Sponsor will also get an opportunity to address the gathering at the reception.

Conference Tea/Coffee & Lunch (INR 2,00,000 / US$ 6,000 per day)

An ideal opportunity to interact with conference attendees in an informal setting. Two banners bearing the Sponsor's logo will be provided at the lunch venue, and the Sponsor's name will be printed on the Conference Program. The Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.

Conference Delegate Kit (INR 2,00,000 / US$ 6,000)

The conference kit is distributed to all conference attendees. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the bags, pens and pads. The Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.

Registration Counter (INR 2,00,000 / US$ 6,000)

Sponsor's name and logo will be displayed on the fascia, on a banner at the back of the counter and on two panels on either side of the counter. Sponsor's name will also be printed on the visitor registration forms, which are mailed prior to the event in addition to those completed at the counter during the show.

Speaker & Chairperson Mementos (INR 1,50,000 / US $ 4,500)

Souvenirs are distributed at the end of every session to the chairperson and all the speakers. Each souvenir will be inscribed with the Sponsor company's logo. These souvenirs are retained and displayed by the high-profile receivers and the sponsorship receives lasting quality prominence.

Exhibition Invitations (INR 2,50,000 / US $ 7,500)

Sponsor the exhibition invitations, which are delivered and/or mailed all over the world to committed professionals of the industry. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the card with a brief company profile.

Plan-Your-Visit (INR 3,00,000 / US $ 9,000)

The plan to visit gives the conference programme in detail along with the participant and is mailed to exhibitors, visitors & delegates in India & abroad. One Full page A4 size promotional space will be provided to the sponsor.

Conference Publication – CD ROM (INR 1,50,000 / US $ 4,500)

Sponsor and increase your exposure among a technically qualified and targeted audience. The Conference Publication is retained as a reference manual after the conference. The sponsor’s logo along with a brief profile will be included on the back cover of the CD.
